Back to the Garden

A Yorktown Grange Fair Association Event

Celebrating 95 years of Family, Fun and Agriculture

The Yorktown Grange Fair is back and celebrating 95 years of solid family fun and community togetherness! This year, the fair focuses on the complementary relationship between the community and local agriculture with the theme, “Back to the Garden”, a subtle nod to 1969 Woodstock Music Festival. From September 6 to 8, the Grange Fairgrounds will be bursting with local farm animals, contests, carnival fare, and more.

The theme "Back to the Garden" is a perfect way to acknowledge the contributions that local families make to our community and to the larger environment. From the smallest backyard garden to the largest farm, every vegetable grown and animal raised is a benefit to our way of life. We couldn’t think of a better way to thank everyone than to make it our 2019 Yorktown Grange Fair theme.

We'll be "Back to the Garden" with our beautiful produce and flower shows in the Mulcahey Building. And the Grange Building will be filled with homemade baking, handcrafted needlework, photos, art and Legos. We are delighted to introduce our New Artisan Area, with handmade items for sale by local artisans.

We are so excited about our livestock show at this year's Yorktown Grange Fair! In addition to our outstanding horse, cow, goat, sheep and poultry exhibits and competitions, we are reintroducing our rabbit show. Rabbits are sweet and adorable little cuties, and many different breeds will be on display at the fair for your enjoyment.

We can't wait to see you at the fair!
